Group Coaching Terms

The Abundance Tide Cycle · Version 2.0 · Effective September 13, 2026

Please review these terms before purchasing a place in The Abundance Tide Cycle. They explain what is included, how participation works and the policies you can expect. Here, "Coach" means the person providing the program, named in the Program details, and "Participant" means the person enrolling.

After purchase, Coach will send the complete coaching agreement with your name and Coach's name for both of you to review and sign before participating. This document is a preview of those terms and does not collect signatures or recording consent. Please ask any questions before purchasing; review the complete agreement carefully when it arrives.

The version of these terms you accept at checkout governs your registration. Earlier versions are kept and available on request. You must be 18 or older to register.

Program dates, the five session dates, the fee, the replay platform and access period, the recording deletion schedule, the refund allocation, the program contact and expected response time, and any additional facilitator are stated in the Program details listed with the cycle offered for purchase.

1. What the Program Includes

Tidal Abundance is a guided group coaching experience exploring abundance through body awareness, reflection and the rhythm of the lunar cycle. The Abundance Tide Cycle includes an orientation and four lunar-phase sessions: New Moon (Track); First Quarter (Invite); Full Moon (Digest); Last Quarter (Emerge). The lunar phases are a framework for exploration and do not promise financial or personal outcomes.

Sessions include teaching, guided practices, reflection and opportunities for group conversation. Teaching and guided-practice replays and accompanying reflections are included. Sessions are live online through Zoom at the time stated in the Program details, for approximately 90 minutes each.

Program dates and the five session dates are listed with the cycle offered for purchase. This is a group experience; individual coaching sessions, personalized recaps and ongoing private coaching through a client portal are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

The replay platform and access period, any additional facilitator and their role, and the program contact and expected response time are stated in the Program details.

2. Fees and Payment

The program fee is the amount stated in the Program details, unless a different fee or complimentary enrollment is agreed in writing. Payment is due in full at enrollment unless a specific installment plan is agreed in writing. Any installment amounts, due dates and payment method must be disclosed before purchase. A program paid in full will not be charged again before individual group sessions.

If payment is unsuccessful or past due, Coach will notify Participant as soon as reasonably possible. Participation pauses until payment is received unless a temporary arrangement is agreed in writing, specifying which sessions may be attended, the amount owed and the payment deadline. Failed payment does not automatically permit unpaid participation. The group schedule continues during an individual payment pause; its effect on attendance and refunds must be clarified before a temporary arrangement is agreed.

3. Attendance and Schedule Changes

Group sessions follow the published schedule and cannot be individually rescheduled. Please notify Coach when unable to attend. Missing a session does not create a replacement individual session. Unless you withdraw under Section 9, a session held and made available to you is considered provided whether or not you attend. Unexpected illness, accidents or family emergencies may be considered case by case.

Late arrival does not change the scheduled end time. Coach may extend a session when scheduling allows and attending participants agree; staying longer is optional and does not change future session lengths.

If Coach cancels or reschedules, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and offered a replacement group date at no additional cost. If you cannot attend that date, Coach will offer its teaching replay or an agreed prorated refund. If no replacement is provided, the affected session will be refunded.

4. Privacy, Recordings and Records

Participants are expected to protect other participants' identities, personal stories and identifying details. You may discuss your own experience outside the group without revealing another participant's personal sharing. Participants may not record, screenshot, transcribe or use AI note-taking tools during sessions, or share meeting links or replays outside the enrolled group. Please join from a private space and use headphones when needed. Sharing is optional. Coach cannot guarantee that other participants will keep information confidential; coaching communications may not have legal privilege.

Coach treats personal information confidentially and will not share it outside the program without separate written permission unless required by law or a valid court order. If Coach reasonably believes there is an immediate and serious risk of harm to someone, Coach may contact emergency services or an appropriate support person and share only information reasonably necessary to address the concern. Additional facilitators must follow the same privacy expectations.

Teaching and guided practices are recorded for enrolled participants. Recording pauses before personal sharing or discussion of individual experiences. Coach announces when recording starts and resumes. You may keep your camera off, stay muted or request a recording pause before speaking. Your voice, image or displayed name may be captured if you speak or appear during recorded portions; the personalized agreement will request your acknowledgment and consent.

Personal sharing will not appear in distributed replays. If captured accidentally, it will be removed before sharing; if editing cannot protect it, the recording will not be distributed. Replays are available only to enrolled participants and authorized facilitators, on the platform and for the access period stated in the Program details, and may not be redistributed. Public teaching, promotion or testimonials require separate written permission from anyone identifiable.

You may withdraw permission for future capture of your image or voice by notifying Coach in writing. Coach will discuss how to continue participation without capturing you. Withdrawal does not automatically remove previously distributed authorized content. Choosing not to appear or speak during recorded portions does not affect the quality, continuity or scope of coaching you receive.

Coach may take handwritten notes and transfer selected information into secured digital records. Personal information will not be included in shared group recaps without separate permission. Handwritten notes are stored privately and securely; digital records use password-protected or otherwise secured systems. Coaching notes are retained for seven years after the coaching relationship ends, then securely destroyed or deleted, unless law requires a different period. Teaching recordings follow the separate deletion schedule stated in the Program details.

AI-assisted transcription and meeting-summary features remain off for this program. Any future use requires separate information and consent before introduction.

5. Coaching Materials and Personal Work

Coach retains ownership of original coaching materials unless otherwise stated. You may download, print and use them for your own personal growth and participation. Reproducing, publishing, distributing, selling, teaching from or commercially using them requires Coach's prior written permission. Your personal reflections, journals and completed exercises remain yours; sharing them requires your separate consent. Coach's notes and internal records remain confidential records handled under Section 4.

6. Scope and Participant Choice

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. Coach does not act as a licensed healthcare provider or diagnose, treat or cure conditions. Seek appropriately qualified professional support when needed.

Practices are invitations. You may pause, modify or decline any practice, pass on sharing, turn your camera off or step away. Stay within your comfort and capacity. Stop or modify practices causing discomfort, dizziness or distress and seek appropriate support when needed. You remain responsible for what you choose to explore and for your personal decisions. Please ask questions when something is unclear.

This program is not crisis support; program messages are not monitored for emergencies. For urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. Coach may discuss additional support and pause or end participation when needs fall outside the scope of group coaching.

7. Results and Limits on Financial Responsibility

Coach provides services in good faith and with reasonable professional care, but cannot guarantee particular results. Progress depends on many factors, including your choices, participation and circumstances. You remain responsible for evaluating what is shared and deciding how to apply it.

The complete agreement includes a limit on Coach's total liability to the amount paid under the agreement and excludes indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law. It does not limit or exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

8. Responsibility for Misuse

Unlawful use of services, misuse of coaching materials or unauthorized distribution is prohibited. The complete agreement requires Participant to take responsibility for damages, losses and reasonable expenses from claims against Coach caused by that conduct, to the extent permitted by law. This is called indemnifying and holding Coach harmless. It does not excuse Coach's own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

9. Withdrawals and Refunds

Coach or Participant may end participation by giving written notice. Whenever possible, concerns should be discussed openly first. You may withdraw before the program or during the cycle. To receive a prorated refund for the next scheduled session and remaining unused sessions, give written notice at least 24 hours before that next session. Later notice may mean the session is considered used; unexpected emergencies may be considered case by case.

The refund allocation among orientation and the four phase sessions is stated in the Program details. Sessions already provided or considered used under Section 3 are not refundable. Any amount owed for services already provided is deducted from a refund; you will not be charged twice for the same session.

With an installment plan, future charges for services not provided or considered used are cancelled upon withdrawal. Payment for services already provided remains due. Access to future live sessions and related replays ends when those sessions are refunded.

Coach may pause or end participation for unresolved payment, serious or repeated privacy breaches, disruptive or unsafe conduct, a material breach of the agreement or needs outside group coaching's scope. Coach will discuss the concern first when appropriate; immediate removal may be necessary to protect the group. If Coach ends participation, prepaid sessions not yet provided are refunded on a prorated basis, less outstanding amounts owed.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days. The payment provider and your financial institution determine when funds appear in your account.

Confidentiality, record retention, rights to materials and personal work, liability limits, responsibility for misuse, dispute resolution and payment for services already provided continue as described in the complete agreement after participation ends.

10. Nevada Law

The complete agreement provides for Nevada governing law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and court proceedings in Clark County, Nevada, in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Resolving Disagreements

The complete agreement calls for direct communication and a good-faith effort to resolve concerns first, followed by attempted mediation with a mutually agreed neutral mediator before other legal remedies. Mediation may be remote or in Clark County. Each party pays their own costs and shares the mediator's fee equally unless otherwise agreed in writing. This process does not prevent emergency assistance, reporting unlawful conduct or seeking immediate legal protection for urgent safety concerns.

12. The Complete Agreement

The personalized agreement will set out the complete terms of the coaching relationship, including that it replaces prior discussions or understandings about the services, changes require both parties' written agreement, and remaining provisions continue if a provision is invalid or unenforceable. Section headings assist navigation without changing the meaning of the provisions.

13. Emails You Will Receive

When you register we send a confirmation carrying the Zoom link and your schedule, a reminder the day before each session, and any notice about a change to the program. To send these we add your email address to the contact roster for the cycle you bought.

That roster is not used to advertise other offers. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and because reminders and notices travel on the same roster, unsubscribing stops those too. If you would simply like fewer messages, email us instead and we will arrange it.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains what personal information we hold, why we hold it, which providers process it for us, and what you can ask us to do about it. It forms part of these terms.

15. Questions

Questions about these terms: email workshop@tidalabundance.com with "Terms Question" as the subject line.

You will be taken to Stripe, our payment processor. Your complete coaching agreement follows by email for signature before the first session.
